====== 3D Printing Presentation Day ======

On **Friday, January 25, 2019** starting at **17:00 Uhr** we will have a day about 3D printing!

There will be 4 segments each: 

  * Designing a 3D part with different programs (TinkerCAD, OpenSCAD, ...)
  * Slicing and preparing the model for printing (Cura)
  * Printing on the printer - checking for readiness and using OctoPrint
  * Repair and maintenance of 3D printers, also probably assembling a new one (a delta printer)

[[user:gecko|Gecko]] had the idea for the presentation, but others are invited to present a software they have found to work for them, especially for the 3D parts design.

The maintenance segment will serve as an open end, as we assemble the new delta printer. The day will come to this loose end about 21:00 Uhr.
